I've been coming here almost daily for 3 solid years. Most of the staff has turned over a few times, but they still get it done. I can count on one hand the times I've had a bad experience, and they always go above and beyond to fix mistakes if they are made. Ultimately I always get what I came for, a quick, affordable, fantastic breakfast.
People are nice, but never can get donuts. They say they are sold out early all the time. Make more donuts please....you are a donut shop! I have visited 4 times this week. Different times and still the same thing 100 strawberry frosted with sprinkle donuts left and nothing else.
The staff is nice, donuts are good, but speed in which they provide service is rediculous. There is rarely not a line inside and two registers are never opened to speed up the process. Drive through is a bit faster, but it queues up to 10 cars frequently as well. This place needs to staff up and work efficiently.
Breakfast is terribly slow. Took me almost 20 minutes to get a egg muffin. Definitely need to make this process faster.
I wish that I could give 0 stars. It's a horrible location. It's more than a let down. They seem to make mistakes frequently. My advice is to pay attention to what you are charged. This location is either overcharging their customers on purpose or they are not train properly on the pos system they use. Either way it looks like this location is their cheating customers. That's a serious issue. We will stop going to this location. They do not deserve my money or time. I do not recommend this location. They make other Dunkin Donuts look bad.
