I don't understand people complaining about the bank's fees. They are there. They tell you ahead of time. They put it in writing. They will gladly explain it to you. You need to review your budget if you consistently overdraw, not blame the bank for attempting to be a business. They're not a charity organization. They want to make money. And you don't have to use a bank,contrary to popular belief. I feel like some people don't know how to go without or make sacrifices in order to keep some cash on hand. Alcohol, cigarettes, restaurant food, cable TV, and the latest fashions are luxuries that need to be given up in times of financial crisis. I don't have a huge account with them--in fact it's tiny--but they are wholeheartedly nice to me every time I come in. I deposit my checks, cash, even get change! They don't mind at all. One employee, Tylor, even made sure to actually listen when I responded about how I liked my Virtual Wallet. What a concept. The employees make me like my bank.
