April was super attentive and did a fabulous mani pedi on both my daughter and I.
Had purchased a Groupon for Mani-pedi. Had to reschedule my original appointment (which I was able to schedule right after purchasing). When trying to reschedule, I have only received a voicemail at salon for last 4 weeks! Very poor customer service. It does not matter what time of day I call, no answer from a live person and no return calls. How are they going to get new business if they have such poor customer service? I want my money back! Unsatisfied!
I had a spa mani pedi with Mary. I have visited many places with lower prices, but never have I ever had such wonderful treatment. I swear she spent almost an hour pampering my feet before she even started painting them. My feet haven't looked this good in years. Not to mention how sweet and friendly she was. Very intimate cozy spot. I will be returning someday.
I did not go there, my mother did. I have seen some bad pedicures here and there in my days as I've been getting them myself for 20 years. Boy was I wrong.... I have seen the worst. My mother showed me her pedicure the other day (since I bought the groupon for her mani pedi) 4 days after she had them done. I thought she was joking when she said for me to look at the pedicure because it looked like she had someone who couldnt see detail and with Parkinson's do her toes with dull tools I mean after 4 daays it should still look somewhat fresh. This was a complete hackjob. A previous post from Ashley about her visit to the salon was literally the exact same experience my mother had as well. Hackjob!! I mean I know My mother is 63 so her toes arent gonna be perfect but my God, look at the nails, the nail corners, the polish, the dry old skin that didn't even get removed, and the uneven cut from the nail clippers? (Looks like someone chewed the nail off). Remember these pics are only 4 days after the pedi. My mother didn't even get her mani because the girl didn't have enough time. My mother was grateful that her fingers didn't have to be roughed up....literally. I am disappointed that my gift to her for a mani pedi ended up as an embarrassment. Save yourself the trouble and make an appointment elsewhere.
My husband purchased a groupon for a spa mani pedi and lets just say I won't be returning. My appointment was supposed to start at 5:30 and I don't think she started till 6:15. Cuticles were not cut back and feet weren't really scrubbed except with the brown sugar scrub. The brown sugar scrub hurt when she put it on as well. When she painted my nails the polish didn't even cover the whole nail and the polish chipped after one day. I think a little kid could have did a better job. The nail tech April was very nice and she seemed to know a lot about nails but for doing nails for 16 years she didn't know how to paint. I am usually not one to complain but I think it was a total waste of money.
