Working with Suzanne was great! Within 30 minutes of placing my order, she called me with suggestions to change the winter bouquet into a fall bouquet. She told me things she thought would be great to accent the arrangement and sent me a photo of the final piece for my approval before delivery. It was put together nicely and delivered the same day.
