Don't let their friendly smiles fool you. We purchased a Toro 22" push mower here June of 2016. The mower, after about 1 season of use, had the muffler bolts sheer off. I took it in and was told at the time of dropping it off that the mower had a 2 year warranty. They called me and said it was ready to pick up, when I arrived they told me it would be $75 because the warranty was really only for 45 days. I told Bill, whom I dropped the mower off to, that he repeatedly told me this repair would be covered by the warranty. Bill gave me every excuse he could come up with before finally blaming it on "lack of communication" on their part. Bill promised me that he would attempt to contact Toro to see if they would cover the repair but I doubt I will ever hear from him again. I recommend taking your business elsewhere, somewhere where integrity and customer satisfaction are valued.

Horrible welding services. Took an aluminum track there to get welded. They weren’t careful and warped the track. Additionally I ended up having to spend 2 hours grinding down the weld to smooth it out. All of this and I paid an astronomical price. I will never go back.
