This agency is horrible. A few years ago we had a flooded basement where this agent referred a contractor to us for water damage restoration. Based on his recommendation, we hired this contractor, only to be ripped off by this person taking our money and not returning to complete the job. We took the contractor to court, sued them and won, and was never able to collect. The contractor filed bankruptcy and we had to eat the loss. All this could have been avoided if this agency would have properly transferred our prior homeowner's insurance to theirs (where we had water intrusion coverage with the prior insurer). Thanks to their negligence (and my own error for not reading the fine print), I was denied our claim. I will never, ever use these people again!
