Horrible service. Gets worse everytime. Today we were expected to pay for our pizzas that took 3 hours. No apologies and tried to send out 2 1/2 hour old pizza.
I had a fairly large order that we placed at my office and it was done perfectly and very quickly ! It was delivered in less than 25 minutes ! Will definitely be ordering from this location in the future ! Thanks !
Don't bother. I asked them to hold on for one second while I sorted out payment, the manager told the person on the phone to just hang up on me. Lousy service for low quality pizza, go to bazbeaux's instead. You won't regret it.
I called at 1:00 in the afternoon to make sure that we would have pizza in a timely manner for my sons birthday. I asked for the pizza to be delivered at 6:15 PM, after the first portion of his party had ended. Once the pizza was 10 minutes late I called to find out what happened and I was told it was “processed and ready in 35 minutes.” How does that happen? I called 5 hours early and STILL had late delivery. Plus we only received one of the two orders of breadsticks I asked for. Disappointed is an understatement.
1 star is too much. Don't call this place or even order from this place if you have any kind of accent. Scott (supposedly a supervisor) denied to take my order because of my accent. Yes I'm Hispanic, but I'm full bilingual. He hung up on me, and he also proceeded to hang up on my wife, who doesn't have an accent so I guess don't call here if you're a woman, because they, o I mean Scott, will deny you service. I was a loyal customer until Scott decided be rude because I was of a different ethnicity. If Scott is even his name. Maybe 'Scott the supervisor' should receive some different training.
