Cool forest like atmosphere in the middle of town. Easy to get the kids in nature. Cool Creek runs through it.
There is nice path that turns into a trail that goes into the woods. There are a few small areas where you can go to the river, and one larger area. The larger area is quite nice and large. Can skip rocks into the river here, or bring your dog to play in the water. The trail itself is circular, so you can take either path from the entrance and will come out the opposite path.
Its a really nice little park to feel like youre surrounded by nature. I come here regularly through the year for a place to relax outside.
Restful! Beautifully kept! Casual walk through old forested area is calming and a welcome break from city life. Accessible!
A great small park hidden on 116th street. Has a newly done parking lot. The well is always flowing with water, and you can even bring your own bottles to fill up, as you will see lots of people doing.
Really fun to go wading in! Also a fun place to take your pet to go on a walk. You can get nice clean water. Its nice to take a significant other and be romantic.
