i had excellent therapy from Dr Bartley but was not treated going forward although my pcp warranted; they did not have the multiple mri's & my word about pain not heard; i felt discriminated against because i was dismissed without having all the care i need due to a motor vehicle accident. Things changed at RHI when someone else's opinion involved; i feel very disappointed & frustrated knowing there's excellent care but unable to schedule; my phone calls not answered & 3 referrals not honored. Something is wrong & they won't honor my needs. I feel betrayed because there is no better therapy in my opinion. I've seen others & no one has talent of Dr. Bartley. RHI seems to have politics involved & not a good mix with healing
