The company was recommended from a realtor and missed some common items that cost me money immediately after we moved into a new home. Randy never replied back to numerous calls or emails about issues. I would not recommend this company.

Inspectors are GREAT (Stephen was awesome). The company however, loses 3 stars for selling my info to a 3rd party "concierge service" who spams me regularly. Shortly after getting spammed from this service my cell phone started blowing up with other solicitations. NOT HAPPY with that. If you guys need to charge more then charge more, don't do this stuff.
I called for a home inspection in northern Indiana. The receptionist (Megan) was rude, and advised they didn't travel that far north. I was willing to pay travel costs as we're looking for an inspector with no local ties. Great business model, turn away paying business!
Randy was very responsive to my calls and corrected the problem I was having in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend him.
