I wouldn't recommend Joe Kempler as a realtor. He's a terrible negotiator. He was a selling agent and I was on the buyers side. I actually felt bad for his clients because he didn't try to negotiate in their behalf at all. He was trying to convince his clients to give when he should have been trying to convince the buyers. I could tell they were upset with his performance. I wanted so badly to give them advice, but of course I couldn't. I'm not a realtor but do work in the industry. I don't usually leave reviews but I often recall this situation and feel compelled to help others out by suggesting you really think about the hiring decision.
