I live in the neighborhood and would ear here often, but they rarely have the upstairs area open. Lots of people PREFER sitting at a bar, maybe watching TV, especially if you go in by yourself. I BEG you guys to have that area open all the time...you will get more business and welcome all instaed of just the table sitters!!! -Matt

**Should have read the past month's slew of 1* reviews before reviewing or I wouldn't have wasted my time. 4 or 5 terrible reviews, in a row, with no owner/manager response? No wonder the service sucks.**
I waited until the third time this happened but felt the need to leave a review. We went in tonight and there were 4 servers and about 12-15 tables seated inside and out. There were two groups ahead of us and after a few minutes they said they were tired of waiting and left. I then walked up to a server and asked to speak to a manager. She then walked by us waiting by the front door twice before asking if we had been helped yet. I said no and that we'd like to sit outside and another waitress walked up and said "there is going to be a wait we are too busy.". She was rude in her tone and there were no less than 8 tables open outside. As we were walking out the same rude waitress asked the couple behind us if they had been helped and grabbed them menus..... Guess I'll wait until you close and see if the next ones can do better. Heard you had already been closed once for health code violations anyway...
Waayyy too spicy with no warning. Food was ok, I still prefer the hole-in-the-wall Panchos at 96th and Allisonville.
