Where do I begin. Went there for the very first time on the night before veterans day totally unaware they did specials for veterans day, like I said this was my first time there. That's ok though, I wouldn't go there for veterans day anyway. I want to go somewhere I feel appreciated. The way waitress was so rude and pushy. On more than one occasion she came to our table and put her hands on our plate and tried to take them before we were done. Granted i understand it's Carmel and that it takes a certain upidity kind of attitude to be successful in this city but she not only rose to the challenge she went far above and beyond the required upidityness level that's required. The food was so-so. Some of it was good, some not so good. But as I sat with my wife and kids, wearing my military gear, I kinda was waiting or maybe hoping that someone/anyone would reach out to ask if I was a veteran (although that answer was very obvious) and if I would be joining them on the special day seeing as how it kind of looked like I arrived a day early. But, nope....nothing, nadda, zero. Very disappointing experience. So much so I won't go back
My daughter has life threatening food allergies so finding a restaurant that's safe for her while we travel is always tricky. The staff there was very accommodating and helpful, explaining to us how certain foods were prepared to minimize cross contact. Both the manager and the waitress were pleasant about it and even took time to chat with my daughter. The food was good, came out in a timely manner, and we didn't have to wait long to pay. If we ever come back this way again, we'd definitely stop there to eat.
they put the spuds back on the menu. Hands down my fave restaurant. Also, Kathy and Tina that work there are amazing. They put up with all my requests of extra sour cream and don't judge me for being a fat ass
Comfortable. Relaxed. Friendly. Not overly complicated. Enough Tv's to please any sports fan. Staying at the Hampton Inn ? No drive necessary. .... consider that in addition to nice food and a great staff.

Good food, nice place. Service was ok, not bad at all just not excellent. We did have an issue with one of the things we ordered but we were comped for that meal, so that was nice.
The 1 star is for this new menu they have. Quit trying to make the flat bread thing happen. And also, put the potato skins back on the menu or I will chain myself to the front door and go on a hunger strike
