Always hard to find an employee that isn't working the cash register, but there are tons of cool stuff.

Both the cashier and the manager were very helpful in assisting with my problem. They made a bad situation good and I'll keep coming back.

The store was very clean and the staff was more helpful than any other Bed Bath & Beyond that I have ever been to.

I had a horrible experience. I was gifted a 4 set dish set by Noritake Colorwave and was told that it had a lifetime warranty if anything ever broke or chipped I could bring it back in and get it replaced. I have replaced two plates before over the last 6 years. My husband came in and dropped off a recently broken plate and they said they didnt have it in stock and took his name and number to call when it came in to come in and exchange. I called after not hearing for months and the manager who answered said she didnt have time to talk to me and to call back later. So I called back later and was put on with another manager who said she didnt know what I was talking about and acted like I was lying. She then went on to have a conversation with an employee in the middle of our conversation as I patiently waited. She said she would call me back over a week ago so I took matters into my own hands and called Bed Bath and Beyond general customer service. She however was very friendly and called the store to get the big picture of what was going on. She called me back promptly and said that they did have a lifetime warranty but they dont carry the Noritake in stock anymore so that it why they could not exchange in store. She gave me yet another number to call 800-REPLACE. When I called them they told me that they dont cover Bed Bath and Beyond warranties they just offer products not sold in stores anymore to replace and offered to replace my plate for retail cost of $14. She then gave me ANOTHER number to call which was Noritake itself and they said that they have a lifetime warranty as long as they are producing the plate that they will replace at 50% retail value with free shipping. So after being tossed around 5-6 times between different managers and places I got my plate and bowl ordered through Noritake. Long story short is DO NOT BUY FROM BED BATH AND BEYOND. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES.

I have only been a few times. A couple times I picked up items ordered online, other times I have looked in store for items. The staff is alway very friendly and they have awesome services.
