This place is amazing!
When somebody comes in to preorder a game and theres only a digital copy of the game, make sure to let them know there's no physical copy so they don't waste their time coming back to the store to pick up a code. I could have went online to make the purchase instead of wasting gas coming to the store.
I've used this store for years and never had an issue. Return policies are fair though many people fail to understand the reasoning. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. There's never been a time I've entered the store without being greeted and offered assistance. Usually more than one employee on duty.
The staff is very nice.
Recently they remodeled it, so one half geek stuff and they had sailor moon items, which made me very happy.
The store was clean, in a great overall area, and easily accessed. I took my son there and he enjoyed seeing the selection. The staff was friendly and greeted us as we came in the store. The selection of games and accessories was good for the space the store had to work with.
Rude and super unhelpful when ai inquired about the Xbox one X. This store is a great example of why this companies business is failing.
