Very satisfied so far with the operation of the dehumidifier. No longer have a musty odor in the house. Great overall.
In response to my girlfriend Kaitlynne's review and Americrawl's response... we were never contacted. We had to call them... They showed no regard for our animals and did not respect our home.

My basement kept having water problems. I called Americrawl and they came out and were 1 of 4 companies I had come out to look. Americrawl had the best solution for my problem. I hired them to so the work and they went well above and beyond my expectations! I recommend them to anyone having a water intrusion problem!
They are negligent liars.
We spent the majority of our Valentine's Day frantically running around with flashlights looking for our cat Hamilton. For the past week Americrawl has been working on our crawl space and we assumed he ran out the door while they were there. We had to call them to find out that they actually saw our cat go into the crawlspace (from an entry inside the house), closed the entry, left him down there and didn't feel like they needed to tell us because they didn't know it was our cat.....even though he was inside our house....aka a bullshit excuse to cover your asses. We trusted you with our house and our animals while we were away at work. I wouldn't be so pissed off if you had tried to get him and at least called us to let us know. Instead, you shut him down there and left without saying a word. You led us to believe that he was lost and that we may never see him again. I've never lost a pet, the feeling is absolutely awful. After spending hours searching for our him in the crawlspace and outside in the dark, we finally found him in our wall. Americrawl, animals may mean nothing to you, but they mean the world to us. I question the ethics and professionalism of your workers and expect that you will do something about this.
We were told we should of locked them up, in expectation of these events.
