David is a very honest person with an easygoing personality. He is very thorough and detailed with his work and spends as much time as is necessary to work with you. He is a very good communicator. When there were any problems during the project, he did an excellent job of finding a solution and helping us to make the best decision.

Kitchens by Design recently completed a project with DB Klain Construction for which KBD provided the kitchen and master bath cabinetry and design. The construction team was very easy to work with. They proved to be excellent communicators who kept me in the loop about scheduling so that we had no trouble facilitating the installation of the cabinetry. The end result is a beautiful home for which, I am sure, the owners are ecstatic.

The home we purchased was a bank foreclosure that required extensive repair and updating. This included drywall repair, mold remediation, appliance repair and replacement, electrical & lighting re-pair and upgrades, plumbing repair & upgrades, paint, carpet, cabinetry, granite installation, and hardwood flooring. He did an excellent job of estimating the extent of the repairs and updating that would be necessary, including the cost estimates. He has an excellent crew of people that he uses to perform the work and they were on time, reliable and trustworthy. The job was finished within the timeline estimate.
DB Klain built our home, and we absolutely love it! The entire process was very smooth from start to finish! Not only did they construct an amazing house, but their service was top notch. Even years later, they still take care of us, and help out with any questions or concerns we have had. They are truly in a class of their own (based on what our neighbors tell us about their builder and their issues). No wonder they have been in business over 20 years!
