Had a great experience. Michael from the front desk was a huge help and super accommodating, after such a long day of everything going wrong. Thank you, Michael. You sir deserve a raise.
Thomas at the front desk was very helpful and got me checked in as quickly as possible despite issues with their printer. The room was clean, had a fridge, microwave, and looked brand new. The AC and heat worked well. Shower had excellent pressure. I would stay again.
Nice hotel in a nice area, the staff are extremely helpful. My one frustration was that for whatever reason our room keys only worked once so we had to keep going back to the lobby for new ones (I do realize that we could have done something to demagnetize them, but after the first time we tried to be careful where we kept them). Again though, the staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful in working with us.
The place itself was pretty nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and attentive. There were a few small things. The breakfast was barely edible which I don't really understand because its awesome at different Holiday Inns. The staff was shampooing carpets at 1:15pm for 3pm check ins and the paint on the pool surround was wet to the touch. Whoever is in charge is not really thinking things through here.
