They did not have a truck at 15ft so they upgraded me to a 26ft at no extra charge. I left a garage door opener in the truck, called and left a message on a day they were closed, I got a call back the same day even though they were closed and was able to get my opener back which saved me so much time and headache next week. Super nice and goes out of their way.
Expect verbal abuse and questionable and insults if you are a woman. Both he and owner want to blame and harm others forefun. Dont touch him or else. Embarrassing to Carmel as a legitimate business man and questionqcle use of credit cards
His Boss Bill Wigham is just as bad, incapable of basic business practices such as giving statenent, he then tries to bully you.
I reserved a 26' truck 3 weeks in advance of a move. 1 week prior to the move, Brent confirmed the truck was still available and would be ready on my arrival. I arrived on the date and time scheduled for pick-up. Brent told me the 20' foot truck I reserved was not available, but he had a 15' truck I could use. I explained that I had reserved a 26' truck, and he had confirmed the reservation. He didn't seem to care...He directed me to "Store Here Self Storage," in Westfield. Carmel Welding will no longer get my business. However; I highly recommend, "Store Here Self Storage." Their staff was very professional, and a complete opposite of the experience at Carmel Welding.

Brent overcharged my credit card to double the amount it should have been. When questioned he became physically abusive! Brent should be in prison. Entire thing recorded. Never using Uhaul again, such a poor company to do business with.
Chauvinist Abusive greeter called Brett cannot be questioned without verbally abusing customer service. Brett accused me when he was unable to answer question on online services of being under the inflence.
