Most inefficient, disorganized management I have seen ever.
Even though they have been having changes, no improvement.
But Being in village of west clay is beautiful locality. One of the best locations with best schools.
None of them every responsd to your needs in time.
Poor response to voicemail. Poor response to emails.
There are 2 ladies managing now. There were two other people 3 months ago. And another two other people 6 months ago.
The apt is good. The location and surroundings are good.The assigned school is excellent.
Most inefficient management I have ever seen. Management doesn't respond to hundreds of calls, emails and leasing office visits. I have water running into my condo for over year and mold and walls damaged. Finally last week they fixed it partially without fixing the water leaking from roof. Even my insurance company denied to fix as per apartment by laws fixing roof is management responsibility. I feel the rudeness in their response.
There are thousands of apartments in the area, and you don't even have prices listed. I really do not have time to call every single apartment complex in the Indy area, so change this.
Worst management on the planet
Its has been 2 and a half months since I moved out and this management is not able to send a refund after 6 or 8 followups.
But be cautious when you move out. Deduct your caution deposit before you pay your last month.
But I heard management now is changed and hope they are good.
