Loved it. Loved it. Loved it! Today I stopped in for a late brunch, and had the corned beef hash with poached eggs. I like their recipe because it includes actual shredded corned beef and bits of bell pepper to give it color. Typically when I order hash at a restaurant I will ask the waitress to bring ketchup (perhaps to the chagrin of the chef), because it often can be dry and lacking flavorless. I asked for ketchup today -- before I took a bite, but this dish today needed no ketchup. I actually felt guilty when I finished the meal, looked down, and realized I had forgotten about it. Oh! And they serve excellent coffee.
Loved it this morning. Great hash browns - they come in the shape of a muffin and are nice and crisp and light. Coffee was great. Loved the owner and his staff. We were well fed and taken care of in a nice atmosphere of a locally owned, family run, restaurant. I knew Rad Bailey for 25 years and he would be proud of the place and how his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren are running this new place!
This place is fabulous. The food is wonderful and the owners are so kind. I am looking forward to our staff having our Christmas get together there.
A group of us went to Rad's last week for a brunch on a weekday. It wasn't crowded which was nice! The homemade balsamic dressing that came with the salad was very good. A member in our group got the avocado toast with chorizo sausage and egg..and raved about her meal! The coffee was very good.
Excellent food and service! The corned beef hash and poached eggs were delicious. My friend had the omelette special and loved it.
