Ate inside with my children. Received accurate, friendly and timely service. The dining area was clean. As we were leaving a staff member saw us clearing the table and insisted we let them get it. That was unexpected and pleasant.
Not my best visit to a White Castle, very slow and the credit card machine needed rebooted.... once I was finally back on the road I noticed that I did not receive a straw or stir stick. The food was very good but the whole experience was disappointing :/
We come every few weeks and until recently, they were greatly understaffed as there would usually be only TWO people working during lunchtime! Pretty good fast-food though...
