I have been very much disappointed with this company. I used them for a lot of work done on my house (Windows, Siding and Sliding glass doors) The initial work seemed fine and the price was reasonable. My most recent problem came up while selling my home. It was discovered that the the install wasn't done properly (no flashing used) for my sliding glass doors and the floor decking and box sills are now damaged with rot. I called them, hoping that they would be willing to repair the issue. Because it was out of the warranty period, they said it would cost at least $1000 to fix. Mistakes happen, but as a business, you should make them right. Bottom line is once the job is over, you're pretty low on the priority list. I'll be paying someone else to do the work for the repair.
