Used to go here a lot. Now I go to Broad Ripple location if I want to go to BlueMile and I live in Noblesville.
The last time I went, I waited outside the door until 5 minutes after they were supposed to be opened while the two employees sat in the back chatting. Maybe they had a good reason but I didn't stick around to find out. Won't go back.
Went in once and they asked if they could help me, I said I was looking for running shorts and as both employees were on the floor sorting new clothes, they pointed to the area of the store where shorts could be found and went back to sorting.
Good brands available but the service was awful. The people working there offered almost no advice or expertise, and seemed like they couldn't care less.
Outstanding service and attention to detail. Had trouble finding a great fitting running shoe but the staff was helpful and friendly throughout the process. Found a good shoe at a standard price.
