My family and I bought a ping pong table from them after visiting twice. The manager Dennis went out of his way to be rude to my family. He all but kicked us out of the store. Told his staff not to help my husband secure the ping pong table on our car. He rudely told me to "move out of the way" when his staffed wheeled the table out of the store. While other staff members were pleasant, Dennis' clear disdain for my family made me regret coming here.
Very big store if you want it they have it. Dont try to get in and out real quick. Between the maze getting off 31 and all the pedestrian traffic, not easy commute.
Giving 4 stars as an average of 2 factors: 5 star customer service from Wayne in the shoe department. He was beyond happy to help me find the perfect shoe. 3 stars for overall selection of shoes. No half sizes beyond women's size 10 (I think), and limited selection of cross-trainers.
It's a nice clean store with lots of product and a mostly friendly staff. Unfortunately for me the store didn't have what the website said they had so I had to get something different but I was still satisfied overall.
Too big, poor value, had a $50 gift card and my son and I could not find something for each of us. Nobody answered bell to let me in a dressing room.
