Anyway, he finally told store mechanician to rotate tires properly. Before leaving, I found out the battery warning light was on. I asked M what`s going on? He explained to me that the battery light means "the battery is bad due to cold weather". Seriously? Even my girlfriend know battery warning light means the car`s charging system is bad. In that situation, the only thing I wanted to do was leaving this unprofessional guy alone and going home.
If you want to ask, what about the real condition of the car? Okay, here is it. The car`s roof and hood has hundred of dents and scratches, even the interior has them; all three engine mounts were completely failed; both front control arms were damaged; front sway bar endlinks were broken; Sirius antenna wasn`t working...Oh, you want to tell me about buying your warranty? You want me to drive hundreds of miles again just because I have to go to your store to fix some problems that should have been fixed before selling? NO WAY!

Went to this dealer to check out a Mazda. I asked salesman M how`s the mechanical condition of the car, M kept telling me they have finished "hundred points of inspection". However, after a test drive, I found out the front suspension had some issues because I heard some loosen noises. Then, he drove it and said he haven`t heard anything. Since that car was pretty old, but I still can fix it by myself. So, I told M to help me rotate tires because its front tires were flat completely. Surprisedly, M didn`t understand what`s the meaning of rotate tires. It seemed like he have never heard "tire rotation" before.

Great experience with Mo (hope that’s how you spell it) who was a new employee but very helpful. We called ahead of time and Mo pulled the Ford Focus around for us. We just came from a big dealership that tried to sell us a car that was out of our price range. But the staff at Indy Auto Imports wasn’t pushy and they had us in and out in under 2 hours (with a car!). Definitely recommend!
