Just left Rad Motorsports in Carmel. Salesperson was Dave. Richard was willing to negotiate and let us get the car checked out. When we returned, Dave gave us the worst customer service. He was the most angry condescending, racist, man I have ever met. Don't give your hard earned money to a guy that talks to any human being with disrespect and hatred in their eyes simply because you have the nerve to try to negotiate a price. Rad is bad.
Do not buy a car from these people!!!!!!! These guys are slim. We were in an accident, where our vehicle was totaled, and were forced to purchase another car quickly. After we bought the car from Rad, within 3 weeks the transmission went out. Rad had "fixed" it, but to put the car in drive, it had to be in neutral, and other ancillary problems. Feeling the car was not repaired properly, we had it checked out at a dealership. Came to find out, we had purchased a lemon and the cost to repair the vehicle from all of its problems was over $4000. When going back to Rad to rectify the problems, we were told that we bought the car As-Is and there was nothing more that they were willing or going to do. Buyer beware, no one in this company knows anything about cars.
