Car repair was good which is the most important part. Communication and timeliness of repair was very sub par. This wasn't the review I was given from co-workers so I would give them another chance. Hopefully I won't have too.
They take good care of their customers.
The quality of the visible work was excellent and the under the hood stuff was repaired correctly. The overall customer service aspect of this repair was excellent.
The girl at the main desk has an amazing personality. The personnel goes downhill from there. Every other staff member we met there is rude and unprofessional.
Took my car in after a fender bender this winter. My insurance company recommended them because Butler will take photos of the damage and submit them for you as well as repair with quality certified parts. I also liked that there is an enterprise connected. I dropped off my car and picked up a rental with ease. Great partnership. Thanks for excellent service and a job well done.
We had to have my daughter's new RAV4 fixed when we discovered a radiator leak when she was home from Chicago. Quite a bit of work was needed to repair stuff under the hood. We were under some time constraints based on when my daughter was able to come back to Carmel. Barry Hanna and his crew was able to get the work done with high quality in the time frame necessary. I had to email or speak to him a lot through the process and he was always professional and responded promptly and kept me posted of the progress. He made things happen so the work would be finished on time. I am sure he got tired of hearing from me but the timing of the completion of the work was essential to getting the vehicle back to her.
