My wait times were minimal and the staff was mostly friendly. However, treatment and diagnose is slim to none. Severe sinus infection was diagnosed as a cold and was sent home with nothing. Decided to give it another try a month later and get my ears cleaned. Was told by doctor that they would use warm water. They came in with a Heavy Duty Spray Nozzle filled with peroxide and proceeded to rocket it into my ears. Saying "The doctor said you may not like this." Nurse did not stop until I shoved her away crying in pain and my ears bleeding. I told her the doctor said they'd use water, nurse was confused and left to check. Some 20 minutes the doctor came back in a apologized for misleading me. Proceeded to check my ears, asked if I had a sinus infection lately. At that point I just left. Horrible treatment of patients. Will wait to see primary doctor before using their immediate care EVER again.
I had a bad experience at this place when seen by a Nurse Practitioner Shelby....talk about cold, zero help and would not listen at all. Everyone else there is great.
Experience was fine...doesnt come off as the most up to date place but processed my xrays and had me on my way in about an hour. Everyone was certainly pleasant enough
Dr. Broach and staff were great. She took the time to listen to our concerns and was very kind. My little guy had a double ear infection. Thank you making him feel better!
