Upon timely delivery of the order, it was refused and sent back to me (leaving me to pay the shipping for both ways, about $100). It’s bad enough when a client cancels an order after it has been produced, but to allow me to ship it and then not accept it is completely inconsiderate. In the “about us” section of his website, Shane gives the impression that he genuinely cares about the artists that he represents in his gallery. This is a joke.
If you are a vendor considering doing business with Addendum, be warned.
Over the last few weeks, I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing many times. No one is getting back to me. Shane, you should contact me.
Wonderful store with a large selection of up market gifts that are not found anywhere else in Indiana. Helpful staff that really know their stuff! My go to place for gifts and candles & jewelry for me!
Amazing store! The salesperson really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect gift for my friends wedding. I think I have found my new favorite place in Carmel!
