Very disappointed with their service. Online sales manager, Derek Krepper is clueless and can't follow simple requests. They had a pretty pricey watch that I was going to attempt to trade against. Sent detailed pics and info, sales rep is confused and thinks I'm trying to trade another watch I had purchased from them several months prior. The trade offer they provide was obviously lower than what I had purchased which led me to realize that he did not even look at my original email with my trade request offering a completely different watch. When I finally correct him and explain that he's mistaken about my trade, I receive no response or follow-up. I ended up buying the watch from a different dealer without even using my trade. All I wanted was an answer and it seems that was too much to ask despite me explaining I would purchase the watch outright if the trade fell through.
Moyer is remarkable! When my mother passed, they took care of my needs in regards to the pieces she left me. They were so compassionate, and they listened to everything I had to say. They were able to create pieces for us, and take the pieces we inherited and design them to fit our style! Thank you so much!
Customer service is excellent. I came with a watch I had purchased online through a 3rd party distributor, and when Kohl's wouldn't resize it to fit my wrist, Moyer was able to help me out, specifically a Mr. Joe Cimino. Even with the complicated build of my watch, within 24 hours he was able to find the right tool for the job and sized it free of charge. I hope to continue doing business with them.
