So much for the "order & pay before you arrive, your food will be packed & ready. Yeah, it's that easy" motto.
Anyways, seven employees. All playing a game of gossip with each other, decided to lose both of my pizza orders. So no food is ready when I arrive, they don't even know it has been ordered.
Blaze is normally awesome. Relatively fast pizza at what used to be a great price. With the increase to $9.21 for a custom, it's no longer a great deal. But cost aside, my latest visit here was less than stellar. I felt sorry for the supervisor or manager as his other employees didn't seem terribly motivated to help in other areas where they could (read: multitask). It was not terribly busy during my visit but it still took almost 10 min from order to cooked and received.
Fun spot for counter service pizza. Compares well to competitors. Pizza tasted good and was very easy to personalize. Price seemed okay. Specialty drinks were also quite good.
Seven employees when I got there, zero customers. Had placed my order online in advance so it would be ready for pick up when I get there. When do you do this? When you're in a rush, and need the food ready when you get there.
Great atmosphere and delicious pizza, made to your exact liking. As a frequent patron this spot is one of my favorite pizza places in the neighborhood. Perfect for a quick lunch, also their online ordering is super convenient!
Waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Never an apology for the wait. Once we we're able to order, apparently the crust we wanted wasn't ready. Instead of telling us, we just stood around waiting, wondering what was going on. Eventually they asked if we could wait while they made other pizzas. At that point I said no thanks and started to leave. Then magically they had a crust ready to go. I didn't stay. Absolutely horrible experience.
