Overall, this place provides a great experience for my lunch. They have fantastic fries and great sandwiches. Everything is fresh and I always look forward to days when I choose to go to Penn Station in Carmel.
My only complaint I can think of is that from time-to-time the tables are not clean. And, usually as I notice this fact, they have someone going around cleaning soon after. I get it, when they are busy the staff is behind the counter getting food ready for the customers.
Food was delicious but fries were extremely small. Had a lot of tiny fries.
If you call in an order they will have it ready in about 10 minutes, but you will have to wait for them to make the fries fresh when you arrive which takes about 5 minutes. I am fine with that because Penn Stations "Fresh Cut" fries are about the best french fries except made at home. Honestly, their fries taste just about the same as when my mother would make french fries with dinner when I was a kid.
Penn Station is a chain restaurant with personalized style. Basically everything on the menu is customize-able or you can just make up a sandwich and they'll make it. This location is a block from where I work and I go here at least 2-4 times per month for lunch/dinner during work.
Friendly staff. Good service. But hopefully they will turn on the heater as it gets colder outside.

My favorite on the menu is the grilled artichoke sandwich with chicken added. But, basically every sandwich is great.
Amazing subs - largest one I've ever seen. Freshly squeezed lemonade. Service is fast, attentive and friendly.
Because of the way you order your food, the sandwiches are made fresh when you order. If you are eating in, it only takes about 10 minutes to get a fresh sandwich and fries.
If you like lemonade, give theirs a try--they make it fresh from fresh squeezed lemons.
Perfect if you're in the mood for a sub.
