Papa Murphy's puts a new spin on take out pizza, you place your order and then bake it yourself at home. The quality and taste is excellent, we have always been pleased with our orders. My personal favorite is the Chicken Bacon Stuffed, or if I am feeling healthier a create your own Delite.
I placed an order on Christmas eve I went to pick up my pizzas and they were closed. I even got my order number and everything. Im one very very mad customer. I ordered the pizzas for Christmas now im gonna have to get something else at the last minute.
Horrible experience the last three times we have tried to order from This Papa Murphys location in Carmel. Today I attempted to call three different times. Was hung up on the first time and the next two times no answer. The previous time we attempted to buy pizza a month ago we ordered and ten minutes later, we were called back and said not to pick it up even though we were in the parking lot. They had system troubles and would not be able to take our card but I attempted to pay with cash. I was told sorry and have a good evening. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Not sure if management changed or just poor training of the workers. We used to buy frequently but never again would I support this business.
Have always had a good experience at Papa Murphys, including Regis location.
Always have helpful employees serving us. My family enjoys the pizza.
