Been there before and had a fine experience. The last time though they had no cars "until maybe Monday." Had to bother someone for a ride halfway across town to another Enterprise location or have no car for something on Sunday.
They are very friendly and professional. They remembered me as I had to rent cars a couple of times over a few weeks for work. Unfortunately their parking situation is atrocious... not nearly enough spots, and when I dropped my car off after hours I had to leave it parked not-quite-in-a-spot along with a couple other cars they had parked there in the same way. It's also a bit of a pain to get into their parking lot if you are coming from the south, requiring a U-turn on a busy road, and the Michigan traffic in the afternoon right now is a beast. All-in-all not a bad place to rent a car, but if you rent often there are more convenient places.
The parking lot was packed and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The agent walked me through check out easily and got me on my way fast. I will opt for a larger vehicle next time because the Nissan was to small. To be fair, the agent did suggest I try the next size up but I declined.

No problems with the Leasing office. Very friendly and informative staff. No problems with the car during our trip. Will definitely use Enterprise in the future.
This Enterprise is one of the best in the city, customer service is awesome. They make it so easy and explain all details in renting a car. If they don't have the car that you want right then, they will do all they can in getting you a car. I do recommend this Enterprise to anyone needing to rent a car. Kudos to the entire Staff.
