The time taken to check in a receive my rental car was rather long, but it was spring break weekend and the people were really patient and pleasant. They gave me a free upgrade for my trouble which was very nice. The Dodge Durango was almost new, and drove well. On returning my car my ride home couldn't make it so they gave me a ride home. Excellent experience, will use them again. Would have been 5 stars except for the wait.
