Love this location. Quick and efficient service and they seem to always have a good selection of cars for a small location like that. I would highly recommend National and especially this convenient location.
I give this location 2 thumbs up! Alison and Luke were a great help! I had a last minute reservation for a 8 seater, and Alison pulled some strings and made it happen! Way to go to the team at National Car Rental! If you rent here ask for Alison or Luke!
Terrible rental experience. I'm an Emerald Club Member to boot! Reserved & requested a "full size car" & arrived at rental location at time I selected. I wanted a " full size" car since I was traveling to Florida from Indiana & would have the car 9 days. The only vehicle available was a small SUV. What happened to my " full size" car...we just don't have anything else available...sorry. I took the SUV & was told to check at my destination for a swap out. I tried for 3 days in Florida to swap out the SUV & got nowhere. I was told there were no vehicles available for me. Hard to believe that in Orlando there was not 1 "full size" car available! I will not rent from National again. Going back to Hertz where my business is appreciated. Oh, by the way, I called National 3 times to explain my disappointment & no one has yet to call me back to discuss it.
Very helpful. Rarely have to wait and they have a nice selection of cars. Love that I don't have to go all the way to the airport to use National.
The associates are always very nice. Low mileage cars seem to be regularly available. Cars do tend to be a bit grimy i.e. crumbs in crevices, greasy windshields, etc.
