Went with Dr Denman
HORRIBLE! Go to Westfield location and ever since they switched Dr around (with no notice to patients mind you) it's awful! Don't get me wrong Dr. Born seemed very nice, however... I realized after my appointment I should have been asked to have a monogram and it didn't happen. Wanted back to check borderline blood pressure and took me 3 weeks to get a hold of them to make the appointment, the Carmel location won't schedule for Westfield and seems no one is every there to answer phones in Westfield now. 3 weeks, glad it wasn't an emergency!!!! Then go in for mind you a blood pressure check only and can't go early, late or lunch nope off work I go again for a 5 minute check. Then I'm told my prescription will be called in, NOPE NEVER HAPPENED, call and they refuse to fill it and give the run around. Look up the record and the nurse or dr never logged I was even there or what my blood pressure was and that I had a prescription to refill so now no one will help me all because another stupid St. V Dr stated I had high blood pressure when I didn't on his file, I don't see that one anymore. When do I have it, when I'm pregnant, how am I at risk, if I get pregnant yet they won't refill a birth control prescription so now at risk for pregnancy which I'm told would kill me and or a baby, lovely, I'm a little more concerned about that. This has to be the worst anymore, never been a fan of Riverview but it's looking like I'll have to switch to Riverview drs so no other St. V dr seem to give a care in the world or are open to new patience.
Nice and friendly but wait you time
Have had a problem for two years and still no resolution. Asked me the same question twice within 10 mins of last asked. Had labs done forgot to discuss them until reminded. Which was primary purpose for being there. Very dissatisfied. Still in pain with no future plan.
The Doctors here are amazing!
I went to Dr. Flora for three pregnancies (one which ended in miscarriage) and we loved her and everyone at the office. I never had the experience of having to see a different doctor. Also, had Dr. Flora. Once she was in delivery when I got there for an appointment and was going to have to see a nurse practitioner, but she was back by the time I went back. I highly recommend her and this office :)
