My wife had a facial yesterday. She has had hundreds of facials in her life, and since we live within a close proximity she thought she would try this place out. From the minute she walked in the receptionist was unprofessional taking a personally call. The esthetician was inexperienced.
It was the worst experience ever, whatever happened, don’t sign any contract with them. They don’t say everything about money. It’s a ripoff. They took my money without giving me any service . I️ had to go many times to cancel my contract and I️ lost my money and my hours.

I have been there 3 times and each time I get a service of 30 minutes only . I try to cancel my contract and the manager told me that I can't and I will have to pay even if I do not like the service. She was extremely rude so I asked her to let me speak to the owner and he or she never called me back . I will never go back there neither I recommend it .
