Cashier had an attitude and wanted to talk down to us. Will be visiting other locations and avoid the rude employees at this one. If I was on the management team I would give cashier no. 1782076 a lesson is customer service and how to treat customers with respect

Everytime I visit the Clay Terrace Bath & Body Works the staff is noticeably friendly and always has great recommendations for me. I appreciate it when stores have teams in place that are proactive and helpful without feeling pushy or like they’re just trying to sell you something. Great place, great products. Love the candles.
I come here often. The last few times I was in I came to return some items. Both times dealt with a middle aged woman, very short hair, kind of tall. Did not get her name nor look. I just know this woman is rude and makes me feel like I am doing something wrong every time I come in there. I live in Carmel and will drive out of my way to go to a different store from now on. This time since I had an online order "I could only get the return amount on a gift card"...... Tell me how much sense that makes. I obviously told her that's not correct seeing how i had the invoice (the receipt) but she told me I did not have a receipt? Then all of a sudden she was able to give me cash back ....... So basically it could not be put back on the debit card I used I had to get the amount put on a gift card, oh wait maybe she can give me cash back.... (Looking at me as if I'm stupid) And she did. Just because I am a younger lady does not mean I do not know the return policy.
Wonderful, friendly staff, and the store is always very clean. I absolutely recommend this store to friends and family!
