Had to take my puppy there twice in the last month. Once was for an infection and the other for kennel cough. They were wonderful both times! Had to go in the middle of the night because my puppy was coughing constantly. So happy she could obtain relief right away through help from MedVet. The doctor and staff are very caring about animals, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. Their fees are reasonable for an emergency vet. I highly recommend MedVet Carmel to anyone with a pet emergency.

The staff here are friendly, professional and most importantly, informative. I have had to take my cat here twice for emergency visits. Both times the staff were excellent not only in the care they gave but keeping me informed of my options, costs, and helping me to make the best decision for my cat. My cat ended up staying three days and each day the doctors called with morning and evening updates as well as answered any questions I had. I was also able to stop by for visits, which they facilitated. The initial dollar estimate they gave me was extremely accurate - so no surprises when it came to the final bill! I have been very impressed with the time, attention, and care they have given me and most importantly, my pet.
I wish I can give NO star. My cat was very sick and we needed an emergency vet. They over charged us and send us home with baby aspirin (I paid $700). The staff were not friendly at all, my cat spoiled the box and didn't even offer us clean tissues to clean the box. I had to go to the rest room and grab toilet papers and clean my cat. Since they didn't offer a replacement box, I had to carry my cat wrapped by toilet papers.
I have 3 cats, I will never take them to MedVet, and I don't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pets. Thanks.
Everyone is amazing and so nice! It starts with the receptionists and goes all the way up to the doctors! I received multiple calls letting me know everything went great! When picking up my dog I ended up almost fainting and they even took care of me! Couldn't ask for a better crew!!!
NEVER BRING YOUR LOVED PET HERE!!!!! on saturday, oct 28, 2017 i went to this 24/7 emergency animal hospital with my 80 pounds german shepherd dying on my arms. (i was crying) as soon i show uo to the emergency room with my poor dog really sick!!! i was told that it would take 45+ min to look at my dog..... MY DOG DID DIE!!!!!!! yes i had no time to wait for my dog to die in my arms.. NEGLIGENT HOSPITAL AND STAFF!!! now i am alone without my best friend i has since he was 6 weeks old.... i did look for this place as the place to save my puppy!!!! i just ended up with a DEAD DOG AND NO HELP!!!!
