I like VS products but I recommend traveling to another store. The customer service is awful. I used coupons that didn't work and they told me to call customer service. When I called customer service they didn't understand why the store didn't call. The employees are not very friendly when ringing you up. If the customer service was better I would go more often but it's not worth the hassel. The store in HTC is much better.
Great for gifts for your wife
I was here yesterday around 11:30 and it was completely slow. It was just me and my friend inside the store and around 6 employees. No friendly greeting everyone was on they're cellphones including the manager. So we just walked out.
I love victoria secret apparrel, however I went there with a friend of mine today and caught two of the employees snickering to each other while staring at us multiple times. Also one of the same associates spent about 20 minutes folding the same drawer of panties, that my friend finally had to ask her to step aside so that she could look at them. It was just very unwelcoming and unprofessional, when i called the manager she said that she saw the employee talking about the customers and pulled her aside before hand to address it, and apparently there was no change in action. I would suggest going to a different location if customer service is a must for you.
