Made an appointment 3 weeks ago for my puppy to be groomed. This morning I dropped him off at 8:30 AM where he was taken to the main room to be groomed. Grooming usually takes one hour. After 2 1/2 hours, I call and the phone just rings for 5 minutes. I tried calling again 10 minutes later but no results. I decided to show up. When I arrived, I was told 2 dogs skipped my puppy in line even though this appointment was made 3 weeks ago. I was most upset because my puppy was overlooked by 2 hours, no one bothered to call and let me know the situation, and I was told cost would be going up next year...I was not impressed with the lack of professional courtesy or that there was not a manager to talk with either.
My puppy loves going to The Range. Everyone is very nice and concerned about the dogs. All my experiences have been positive. The staff is flexible about drop off and pick up times. It is clean. While the puppies are there they not only play, they are also trained in basic manners. My puppy and I couldn't be happier than we are with The Range.
Everyone in here is super nice! my dog belle is the most hyper dog ever and she gets super tired after and she also wags her tail when we pull in the parking lot!! Two thumbs up!!
We took our dog here for the "Puppy Life Skills" course. Our neighbor is a vet and had recommended The Range Pet Lodge. The trainers were amazing! They asked what we would like them to work on and they made a customized training plan for our dog. The intense week of training in addition to the afternoon training sessions with us and the home visit that is included with the price made this an amazing deal. All the staff was friendly and seemed to get to know each dog. The facility was clean and well managed. We will be back for dog daycare and pet boarding.
Our experience has been wonderful. Maize, our dog has utilized several of the services - puppy play, day care, grooming and training. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Maize loves going to play with her friends in day care (human and four legged). Her grooming is exactly how we want her to look (a challenge for a doodle). And her training with Deb and Justin was top notch (and they made it fun for our family). I would absolutely recommend VCA Range Pet Lodge to anyone looking for the above services for their furry friends.
